Your items are delivered to you by the maker (Seller) and it is important to Rise Creatives that all Sellers’ delivery charges are fair and reasonable. Sellers are required to send their products directly, safely, securely and as quickly as possible. The following points will provide more information regarding delivery of your item.
- If ordering from more than one Seller, your items will arrive as separate packages, at different times and shipping costs.
- Sellers will have different charges e.g. some will offer free, some will offer free or reduced delivery charges on orders above a certain value, others will base delivery costs on size and weight of a package and some may include an insurance option.. Important: please refer to individual Sellers’ pages for delivery charges and timescales.
- If you have a query about delivery for a product which you have already ordered, please contact the Seller concerned as they will obviously be better placed to answer your query. You can do this by emailing the Seller at the email address provided in the About and/or Contacts page of their individual shops. If you contact us directly we will forward your query to the Seller. We will be very happy to assist you with your query once you have contacted the Seller.
- If purchasing from this site from locations outside of the Republic of Ireland, or for delivery outside of the Republic of Ireland, then you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. You, or the addressee, may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your goods anywhere outside of the Republic of Ireland. Please be aware that these are the responsibility of you the Customer. Additionally, we would like our international Customers, and Customers dispatching products internationally, to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws nor any damage caused by such inspections.
- All Sellers here at Rise Creatives take great pride in their products and their Customer service including ensuring efficient delivery. However, there will be times where external factors beyond our or the Seller’s control may delay delivery. In theses rare occasions we do ask for your patience and assistance.
